Zena is the Deputy Country Director for Mali and has been with myAgro since 2020. She is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of operational strategies, policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the organization.
She leads the country operations, the planning and management of the budgets and financial processes, as well as procuring and delivering seeds and fertilizers to farmers ahead of the season.
Prior to her current position, Zena was our Regional Training and Impact Manager, in charge of developing and implementing strategies to get farmers to adopt new agriculture techniques, through trainings and farmers follow up during planting time.
She is from the Digital Marketing Industry and has more than 10 years of proven experience managing cross-functional teams through various projects and fields, with a great ability to drive success and resolve systemic challenges.
