Nene Diallo is the People Operations Director at myAgro, leading multi-country people operations in support of the organization’s mission to empower smallholder farmers.
She brings extensive human resources and leadership communication experience, having built and scaled HR operations in complex, fast-growing, mission-driven environments across Mali, Senegal, and Côte d’Ivoire. At myAgro, Nene has played a key role in managing major organizational change and is known for combining strong operational rigor with a people-centered approach, strengthening governance, developing teams, and enabling high-performing, cross-cultural teams aligned with myAgro’s values.
She is bilingual in English and French, holds a Master’s degree (M.A) in Organizational and Social Communication, and is certified in Professional Project Management.
