Jaclene leads myAgro’s business intelligence unit, harnessing the power of data to drive organizational strategy. Before joining myAgro in 2017, she served as the Director of Transparency and Data Innovation at Pencils of Promise, building data systems and processes to support the advancement of over 70,000 students across Ghana, Guatemala, and Laos. She has also served as a technical consultant and advisor to a number of organizations including Clinton Global Initiative, United Nations Foundation, and Grameen America.
Jaclene brings her passion for data-driven business operations from the private sector, having worked in pharmaceutical quality assurance and database development before moving to New York City to use her skills for good. She holds a B.A. in cultural anthropology from UCLA, where she conducted development and research projects in South Africa, Peru, and Thailand, and a certificate in nonprofit leadership from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Jaclene is based in New York City.
